Common questions

How do I invite another caregiver?

Tap the invite button at the top of the board, sign in with Apple, and send the invitation link. Each link works once and expires after 72 hours. The other caregiver needs CribClock on their own iPhone.

The invitation says it expired or was already used.

Ask the person who invited you to create a new invitation from CribClock's Sharing screen and send you the new link.

Someone recorded the wrong time or detail.

Open the entry from the Timeline and tap Edit. Corrections are shown to everyone as made by you, and each entry keeps its history.

Two of us logged the same feed.

CribClock flags suspected duplicates as Needs review in the Timeline instead of merging them. Open the entry and choose Both happened, or remove the duplicate.

I forgot to tap Awake.

Hold Awake, or use the prompt on a long sleep, to set when the baby actually woke. CribClock never guesses an end time.

What does "may be out of date" mean?

Your iPhone couldn't confirm the latest shared changes, usually because it's offline. Everything you record is saved on your iPhone and syncs when there's a connection.

How do I export or delete my data?

Export a spreadsheet (CSV) or erase data on this iPhone from Settings. Delete your sharing account from the Sharing screen.

Medicine

CribClock records doses that were already given, with their time and amount. It gives no dosing advice or reminders. For questions about dosing, ask your pediatrician or pharmacist. In an emergency, call your local emergency number.
